Hong Kong Airlines has launched the HCMC-Hong Kong air service, with three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The two-and a-half hour flights will start from Hong Kong to Tan Son Nhat Airport at 10.30am and on the opposite way at 11:15am, using a 165-seat Boeing 737-800 airplane on the route.
A representative of the carrier said one more weekly flight on Sundays would be added to the three weekly flights beginning on September 9.
